Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Summer Figure Skating Camp
(June 9–13, 2025, Torbyd Ice Rink, Bydgoszcz)
§1. General Information

The camp is organized by Yelyzaveta Marsak, NIP: 5543032596, operating under the brand "On Ice with Elizabeth".

The camp will take place from June 9 to June 13, 2025, at Torbyd Ice Rink, Toruńska 59, Bydgoszcz.

Participation in the camp is voluntary and paid.

The number of participants is limited to 30. Registration order and timely payment determine eligibility.
§2. Conditions of Participation

The camp is intended for children, teenagers, and adults at least at an intermediate level. Participants should be able to move freely on the ice, perform jumps, one-foot spins, and steps more advanced than basic (e.g., crossovers, cross rolls).

Minors may participate only with parental or legal guardian consent and supervision.

Each participant must have their own equipment (including skates).

Accommodation, meals, and transportation are not provided by the organizer.
§3. Scope, Fees, and Insurance

The camp fee is 1250 PLN (300€ / 13,700 UAH) if registration and payment are completed by May 15, 2025. After that date, the fee is 1500 PLN (350€ / 16,700 UAH).
Participants of the Figure Skating Workshop with Kyrylo Marsak (May 24–25, 2025) receive a 150 PLN (35€ / 1,700 UAH) discount on the current price. -
The fee includes:
• 10 hours of on-ice training (including rink rental)
• 10 hours of off-ice training (outdoors or in a training facility)
• Minimum 5 hours of studio classes (choreography, stretching, pilates, rotational training, imitation and visualization exercises)
• Video analysis of selected elements
• Certificate of completion
• Basic accident insurance (NNW)
• Coaching supervision during sessions -
The fee does not include: accommodation, meals, transportation, or supervision of minors.

A 250 PLN (60€ / 3,000 UAH) deposit must be paid within 7 days of completing the registration form.

Installment payments:
Upon request, payment in up to 4 installments is possible.
The 250 PLN deposit must be paid within 7 days of registration.
The remaining amount is arranged individually, but full payment must be completed by June 6, 2025.
Late payment may result in cancellation of registration. -

§4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted via email to: onice.withelizabeth@gmail.com – the date of receipt determines the cancellation date.

Refunds:
• Until May 31, 2025 (inclusive) – 100% refund
• June 1–5, 2025 – 50% refund of the amount paid up to that date
• After June 5, 2025 – no refunds, regardless of amount or reason -
Refunds are issued to the same bank account used for the original payment, within 14 days of cancellation notice.

The participant may transfer their spot to another person after prior arrangement with the organizer.

If the camp is canceled due to reasons beyond participants' control (e.g., ice rink malfunction, unforeseen event), a full refund will be issued.

The organizer does not cover transportation, accommodation, or meals. Room-sharing assistance may be offered upon request — indicate this in the registration form.
§5. Registration and Invoicing

Completing the registration form implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Invoices are issued upon request after providing billing details via email: onice.withelizabeth@gmail.com

The organizer is not a VAT payer – invoices are issued without VAT.
§6. Image Consent

Participants acknowledge that the event is public and will be photographed and filmed.

By registering, the participant agrees to the free use of their image for promotional purposes of the organizer, including social media, the website, and marketing materials.

Those who do not consent to the use of their image must notify the organizer before the camp starts via email at onice.withelizabeth@gmail.com

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
§7. Final Provisions

The organizer reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the camp schedule.

The organizer is not responsible for items left at the ice rink.
-
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with Polish and EU law.

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the Civil Code and other applicable legal acts.
