Your personal data is processed in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

  • Compliance with legal obligations, e.g., financial settlements (legal basis – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) – “legal obligation”.

  • Enforcement of contractual claims (legal basis – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) – “legitimate interest”.
