Payment Policy

§1 General Provisions

  1. This Payment Policy defines the rules for making payments for services offered by Yelyzaveta Marsak via the website onicewithelizabeth.com.

  2. The services offered include:

    • Booking individual and group lessons

    • Purchasing online courses

    • Reserving participation in workshops and figure skating camps

    • Purchasing passes/subscriptions

§2 Service Prices

  1. All service prices are fixed and expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).

  2. The price of each service includes the full cost without any additional charges.

§3 Payment Methods

  1. Available payment methods include:

    • Online payment

    • BLIK

    • Bank transfer

    • Cash on site

  2. Payment options:

    • One-time payment – for individual lessons, participation in workshops, or online courses

    • Subscription/pass payment – paid in advance for the month

§4 Payment Rules

  1. Individual and group lessons:
    Payment can be made in advance online or directly during the lesson.

  2. Passes/subscriptions:
    Payment must be made in advance for the entire month.

  3. Online courses:
    Payment is required in advance only.

  4. Participation in workshops and figure skating camps:
    Payment is required in advance only.

  5. Payment confirmation is sent to the user's email and is available in the client panel (for registered users).

§5 Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Individual and group lessons:

    • Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 6 hours before the scheduled time.

    • Refund policy:

      • Up to 24 hours before the lesson – full refund or option to reschedule

      • 12–24 hours before the lesson – 50% refund

      • Less than 6 hours before – no refund

  2. Online courses:

    • Users have the right to withdraw from an online course purchase within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Polish law.

    • Upon withdrawal, access to the course is revoked.

    • Refunds are issued via the same payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal request.

  3. Participation in figure skating workshops:

    • If the participant cancels:
      • Until April 30, 2025 (inclusive) – 100% refund
      • From May 1 to May 14, 2025 – 50% refund
      • After May 14, 2025 – no refund, regardless of the reason

    • Cancellations must be submitted via email to: onice.withelizabeth@gmail.com
      (The date of the email receipt is decisive.)

    • Participants may transfer their spot to another person after prior arrangement with the organizer.

  4. Participation in the summer figure skating camp:

    • Cancellations must be submitted via email to: onice.withelizabeth@gmail.com
      (The date of the email receipt is decisive.)

    • Refunds:
      • Until May 31, 2025 (inclusive) – 100% refund
      • From June 1 to June 5, 2025 – 50% refund of the amount paid up to the date of cancellation
      • After June 5, 2025 – no refund, regardless of the reason or amount paid

    • Refunds are made to the same bank account used for payment, within 14 days of cancellation.

    • The participant may transfer their spot to another person after prior contact with the organizer.

    • In the event the camp is cancelled due to reasons beyond participants' control (e.g. ice rink malfunction, emergency situation of the organizer), participants are entitled to a full refund.

    • The organizer does not cover the cost of transport, accommodation, or meals. Room-sharing assistance is possible – those interested should indicate this in the registration form.

§6 Ice Rink Admission Fee

  1. The training prices listed on the website do not include the cost of the ice rink admission ticket.

  2. Participants are responsible for purchasing their own entry ticket according to the current price list of Torbyd Ice Rink.

§7 Promotions and Discounts

  1. Users may take advantage of current promotions and discounts in accordance with the conditions stated in each offer.

  2. Discount codes may only be used within designated promotions.

  3. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated in the offer.

  1. In case of issues with payments or bookings, users may file a complaint via:
